1. Preamble and definitions
Essens Sàrl (hereinafter the “Publisher”), a company specialized in Human Resources consulting, provides e-learning modules dedicated to the prevention of psychosocial risks (PSR) via an online platform (hereinafter the “Platform”) hosted in Switzerland.

2. Acceptance and contract

- Limited licence: the User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to accessing and using the Content for personal and internal training purposes, for the subscribed term.
- Prohibition of unauthorized copies: any copying, off-platform downloading or public dissemination is prohibited without written authorization.
- Trademarks and logos: use is prohibited without consent.
6. Security and anti-fraud
- Technical measures: TLS for communications, password hashing, logging, detection of abnormal access, and anti-fraud measures (login attempt limitations, integrity checks).
- Impersonation and circumvention: any attempt at unauthorized access, hacking or illegal copying is prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal action.
- Content protection: possible DRM/watermarking; circumvention prohibited.
- Detection and response: the Publisher may monitor access and suspend accounts in case of suspicious behaviour.
7. Personal data and confidentiality (FADP and GDPR where applicable)
- Purposes: managing registrations, access, learning progress and communications.
- Legal bases: performance of the contract, consent where necessary, legal obligations and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security).
